Terms and conditions
The following contract concerns sales from millemamme. org online to end consumers. By "consumers" we mean all buyers who make purchases outside their professional activities.
Conditions of Sale
The terms and conditions indicated below (the "General Conditions of Sale") form an integral part of the contracts concluded between the Seller and the purchasing Customer for the supply of the Seller's products (the "Products").
All contracts will be concluded directly by accessing the website corresponding to the address shop. thousand moms. org where the customer can conclude the contract for the purchase of the desired good and/or product by carefully following the instructions and procedures provided.
The General Conditions of Sale apply to all transactions concluded between the Seller and the purchasing Customer without the need for there to be an express reference to them or a specific agreement to that effect at the conclusion of each individual transaction. Any different terms or conditions apply only if confirmed in writing by the Seller. These general conditions of sale are an integral and essential part of the sales contract, for this reason they must be examined "on-line" by the customer, before completing the purchase procedure. The forwarding of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of them and their full acceptance.
The Seller reserves the right to modify, integrate or vary the General Conditions of Sale, attaching these variations to the offers or to any correspondence sent in writing to the Purchaser.

The description of the products can be found in the relative millemamme "product sheet". org undertakes, in relation to the products on sale, to indicate their characteristics, however does not assume responsibility for any inaccuracies and/or differences with respect to what is reported in the sheet itself.
millemamme. org accepts Customer orders only for products in stock. Therefore, the acceptance by millemamme. org of the purchase proposal forwarded by the Customer and subject to the availability of the products in stock. Stocks are constantly updated, millemamme. org undertakes to promptly inform the Customer, in the event of out of stock, of the lack of availability of the desired product and to cancel the order.
Orders for products on the shop site. thousand moms. org must be made through the appropriate electronic commerce platform. The processing of orders will be carried out exclusively according to these Conditions of Sale, which will, in any case, be duly accepted, under penalty of cancellation of the order.
Conclusion of the order
At the conclusion of each order, a notification will be sent by e-mail aimed at informing the buyer of the purchase just made.
All the sales prices of the products present and displayed on the shop site. thousand moms. org are inclusive of VAT and any other tax for what concerns the sale within the borders of the Italian territory. The prices in the price list are subject to variations, millemamme. org reserves the right to modify them, without notice, at any time. For the purpose of the sale, the valid price is the one indicated in the order form at the time of purchase, therefore the Customer is invited to check it before confirming the order.
Unless otherwise specified, the following payment methods are available:
- Bank transfer
- PayPal/Credit card
In moment in which the purchasing customer submits the order form, he will have to express the chosen payment method.
The reason for the payment must indicate the order number, the date and the sender's data.
The bank transfer must be addressed to:
Payments made by bank transfer must be sent by the Customer no later than 48 hours from the date of execution of the order, under penalty of cancellation of the same. The Customer must send the payment notification via email to shop. thousand moms. org The goods will be set aside and reserved for the buyer for this period (48 hours), after which the purchase will be considered canceled and the availability of the goods will no longer be guaranteed.
Purchases can be made by the customer on millemamme. org also via PayPal/Credit Card.
The Secure Server SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is used for the transmission of data relating to credit cards, this protocol provides for the most advanced information encryption techniques. The checks carried out by the company in charge are unrelated to millemamme. org which only receives confirmation of the transaction. In case of withdrawal from the order made through the use of PayPal, the refund will be paid into the PayPal account.
Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to the European Directive 2011/83/EU, relating to the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, the buyer who is dissatisfied has the right to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty within 14 working days of the actual receipt of the goods subject to the withdrawal and to obtain a refund of the amount paid for the purchase of such goods, shipping costs included.
If the Customer wishes to exercise this right, he must immediately notify the seller in writing via the e-mail address shop@millemamme. org accurately indicating the number and date of the invoice, description and quantity of the goods being returned, complete details of the bank account to receive the refund.
The goods will be returned to the seller at the expense of the purchasing customer, in their original condition (new, intact and complete with all its parts, in the original packaging, tampered with, damaged or washed in any way).
The goods must be returned to our warehouse within 14 days of receipt of the same.
In the following cases, the right of withdrawal is lost:
- In the event that the essential condition of integrity of the goods is missing (lack of packaging and/or absence of its contents or of some or all of the parts, signs of wear and tear, product damaged for reasons other than its transport);
- All goods which are shipped more than 14 days after receipt.
- Packages sent back COD or carriage forward will not be accepted.
For shipments of bulky goods it is necessary to use traceable shipments by courier. We will not be liable in any way for damage or loss/theft of goods returned by untracked or uninsured shipments (e.g. priority mail).
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, we will take care to promptly notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal.
Upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for ascertained damage to the original packaging, in which case we would withhold a percentage from the refund due, in any case not exceeding 20% of the same, as a contribution to the repair costs, we will refund the customer the full amount already paid minus the transport costs within 14 days of the return of the goods, by re-crediting procedure via PayPal, Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (Cod. ABI – CAB – Current account of the invoice holder).
In the event that the customer has benefited from discounts on shipping for amounts over the threshold of 59 euros, the right expires when the amount paid in connection with the refund no longer exceeds this threshold. As a result, the refund may lack the amount for shipping.
In the event of proven defects in the goods and/or any errors on our part in the shipment, we undertake to replace the same, with relative reimbursement including postage, free of charge. Any aforementioned defects and/or errors will be communicated by e-mail to the e-mail address shop@millemamme. org no later than 8 days from receipt of the purchased goods. With regard to the method of returning the goods, the indications above remain valid.
Applicable law and dispute resolution
The General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, on the consumer code, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and by the legislative decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 on certain aspects concerning electronic commerce. The contractual conditions are subject to change, any changes will be published on the site and will enter into force on the date of publication. The personal data requested when forwarding the order are collected and processed in order to satisfy the express requests of the customer and will not be transferred to third parties under any circumstances or for any reason. thousand moms. org guarantees its customers compliance with the legislation on the processing of personal data, governed by the privacy code pursuant to Legislative Decree 196 of 30. 06 03

The buyer undertakes to read and accept these Conditions of Sale, as expressly requested in each Order Form (whether it is made Online, by email or fax).
Any dispute arising between the parties as a result of the interpretation, validity or execution of these General Conditions of Sale and the related stipulated contracts will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Rome.
