The green turtle eggs are buried in groups of 75-200. After two months, the cubs rush into the water, where they will spend the rest of their lives. Green turtles don't reach adulthood for 10 years or more, but they can live up to 100 years.

  • Scientific name: Chelonia mydas
  • Characteristics: Green sea turtles get their name not from their shell, but from their subdermal body fat. Unlike many other turtles, they cannot retract into their shells.
  • Size and color: Although these figures are dark green, sea turtles can also be brown, gray or olive green. The adult figure is approximately 9 cm long, about the size of a coaster.
  • All Safari LTD products are non-toxic and BPA-free.

    We use GLS for shipments to Italy and Crono Internazionale (SDA) for shipments to Europe

    Is it possible to collect on site?

    Of course, we are in Frascati (RM). Once the purchase has been made by selecting collection on site, you can write to us at shop@millemamme.org to organize an appointment.
