Heuristic game
“In simple terms, it consists of offering a group of children, for a defined period of time in a controlled environment, a large number of objects and containers with which to play freely without the intervention of an adult ”. This is how the English pedagogue Elinor Goldschmied (1910-2009), coiner of the term, describes the heuristic game.
Children in their second year of life love to explore objects, observe their characteristics (it's red, it's big, it's small, it's smooth) and then see how these objects interact with each other (this goes inside this one, this but not!). The heuristic game stimulates creativity, curiosity and sharing.
In this collection you will find a series of perfect resources to engage your little one in many growth and learning opportunities.
