How they are prepared

Only the liveliest and most fragrant petals are enclosed in the precious glass jar. The strictly edible flowers come from organic cultivation, where no pesticides, fertilizers or chemical additives are used. This guarantees that the product is healthy and 100% natural and of high quality. Drying flowers is a delicate process, where every step is essential. The flowers are dehydrated just after harvesting with a highly controlled method, to leave their beauty and fragrance unaltered, without the need to use colourings, additives or preservatives.

Edible flowers have a low nutritional intake in terms of calories and fat, but they do bring valuable substances such as minerals, vitamins (A and C) or potassium. Thanks to the dehydration method, these nutrients are naturally preserved and concentrated. The process takes place slowly and at a controlled temperature so as to safeguard the delicate structure of the petals.
